Pros
I worked at SCI Marketview for a year and about 7 months and it was a pretty unique and awesome experience overall. Always something new to look forward to, especially for Devs there's a lot of room for growth for Devs around at SCI so there's always something to do so it never gets boring. My coworkers during my time there were fun to work with and that was definitely my favourite part about working there. The people there are enthusiastic about hearing your feedback and any ideas you may have surrounding the product and how it can be improved. They have a bi-weekly club that talks about ideas and new technology called the "Chess club" which gives the Devs an outlet to experiment, contribute and brainstorm ways to improve the product, Dev efficiency etc. whether it be by trying out the newest tech tools, team work etc. Plus the leader that runs it (Mr. Pun) is hilarious, knowledgeable about old and current trends in tech, and just overall good energy to be around. I also got tons of training while I was there. SCI is enthusiastic about having their Devs attend training seminars to improve their skills and encourage continuous growth. I got to attend a Scrum Developer course and a Testing focused seminar when I was there, which was enlightening and fun. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The people are very warm and if I were given a chance to do it again, I definitely would! and the CEO is pretty cool too.

None. Great times at this place. I worked under RR during my time there. He's an epic manager and a great leader. Def learned a lot from him.
