      Cons

      The quality of employees has much room for improvement. The work and product quality is a must to improve. Less benefit compared with the market Management doesn't care about employees' development and concern, they just want you to move the task. You will get "aim" if you have many MCs a year. Small pantry, everyone rushing to complete their lunch because there is a long Q and many eyes staring at your seat. No flexibility for lunch hour despite the limited seats in the pantry. Managers can violate the rules. The supervisor is shouting in the office.
