      *Bad for your personal career *Business knowledge not recongnized outside *Newbies 10~20% layoff on a yearly basis (both new grad and external hire) *Bad infra, old tech stack and long-wait internal procedure *OT is a must in some dept *Low bonus, pay & other benefits contributions
