Cons
My overall experience working at this company was not a positive one. The workplace culture was very cliquey, and it often felt like whether you succeeded or felt included depended on if your face fit. This created a challenging and uncomfortable environment for many employees. After leaving, a recruitment agent confirmed a high staff turnover, noting she had sent 18 candidates for a role in the accounts team—none of whom accepted after interviews. She echoed what I had experienced: "your face has to fit" to settle in there. In summary, the role might work for someone early in their career looking for experience, as long as the culture is a good fit for them personally. I’d recommend asking about team dynamics and turnover during the interview process.
