Saniflo UK management team - lovely club to join !- Everyone else are treated with no respect, being ignored, rude, and even sarcastic. Morale rock bottom and they have no idea ( or could not care anyway ) how to improve this. Have no management or leadership skills and this clearly shows. No qualifications for managing staff and lack experience . Constant bad time keeping, - Do as I say, not as I do culture, Grab every opportunity to avoid dealing with customer complaints. Blame Culture, Constantly on jollies and spending excessive money on themselves which borders on corruption. No career development. Sneaky meetings- awful communication. Web sites information incorrect constantly. No salary structure - all kept quiet, no promotion, High turnover of staff, causing some stress. Redundancies to staff that confront them. Working against you, not with you with totally no support to help.

Where to start, if you go in at management level you will probably be ok. If you are one of the elite then you are in clover. Sadly though any lower in this company and you are expendable and are not valued at all. If you are considering joining this terrible company the first question to ask at interview is what level of staff turnover is there ? They will probably lie to you and say it is low, it is not ! The decision making at management level is terrible and they get far more wrong than they get right. People who have been long servers at the company are just discarded without a second thought or proper send of ( unless you are senior management). This is a French company and I think some of the problem is the lack of oversight from there and the reluctance to deal with problems brought to their attention.
