      SFL is really cool to work for. The management is bright, with realistic expectations and pretty clearly defined goals.

      Working with really smart people who are always ready to help, great mentors, great place to kick off a career. Cool office & free food

      Lack of management and overdose of micromanagement

      Pros

      Cool office space and parties.

      Cons

      No clear career path, feedback loop, no one to ones and management knows employees from some people close to them, who of course provided the information in which they are interested and not the true one. Poisoned atmosphere.
