      Pros

      Colleagues are easy to get along with and supportive.

      Cons

      Toxic outdated culture and senior management treat employees like children, ruling with an iron fist. One mistake and you are chastised by management, which creates a very oppressive atmosphere. Overworked and underpaid with no care for staff wellbeing. High turnover of staff is a reflection of all this!
