Global Exposure: You work with teams across multiple geographies. It’s a great place to understand global banking data and compliance standards. Work-Life Balance: Compared to some fintechs, the work-life balance is decent. Most teams follow agile but don’t push for long hours. Good Learning Opportunities: Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and the ability to rotate across teams/projects. Job Stability: Being a large global bank, job security is generally high, and the organization is well-structured.

Loved the people. Everyone is genuinely nice and super kind. Great office space and very renovated.
Cons
Lots of backlash from the world so the work that is done doesn't seem like it's working sometimes.
