Flexible, owner is a nice guy

This place is so toxic to work at, there is insanely high turnover due to the operations manager being a horrible person. Everyone hates him and working for him. In the time I worked there I had never been made to feel like such an idiot so consistently. There is a horrible culture due to the OM being belittling, micromanaging, power hungry, narcissistic, and having zero empathy. Work literally anywhere but here
