      1. You get tasteless tea for free

      Cons

      1. Unprofessional practice followed by Management 2. All processes and policies are in favour of employer 3. In name of family they will make you work done but they will show their real face when time comes 4. Policies are not adhere to IT standards.. exa: LWP, per-diem, other benefits like Shift allowance etc.
