      Pros

      A business that genuinely cares about employees. No Hierarchy. Very smart and collaborative researchers with a wide variety of skills and experience.

      Cons

      Unlike other research agencies, they expect analysts to become technically competent programmers. This can be challenging, but the training and support are there.
