Pros
Good for beginners/fresh graduates because of multitasking for every section of work. The best family culture work office, the project manager is very supportive, and they always support you.
Cons
The work management is not according to the law. All were instructed by the big boss. Not proper at all. Staying in this company doesn't feel like being human. treated with no feeling. 'Scapegoat,' this is the reason why they always take the fresh grad.

Flexible hours. Can enter company late if you're working on site late night
Cons
Not a stable workload for every each staff of the company. Salary can increase and decrease as well depends on the company
