Freedom to inject ones ideas into the work Hard works is noticed and appreciated Upper Management is fair All of the technical staff is highly competent and one can learn a huge amount given the time The upper level technical managers are really some of the best in their field especially the Head of Design The CEO knows the company inside out and has been in the trenches so he understands what's going on No day is the same especially in the Project Management Office
Cons
Projects sometime took too long to complete because the design was constantly being refined.
