great salary, colleagues are nice.
Cons
Management are bullies, will talk down to staff if things aren’t plain sailing. Single out one member of the team to repeatedly mock and belittle in front of the rest of the sales team. Management style is completely out of date, name calling, stories of misspelling products in the past and laughing about it and creates an atmosphere which is extremely uncomfortable.
