The MD and COO treat people terribly. Awful bullying by the two at the top because they are sad, lonely people who make the staff here think they're doing you a favour by employing you. No one stays, get out while you can before they rob more of your soul.

Even SOL’s brands have even started to think the company is going down! The CEO and COO are up each other! COO only got the job because no one else wanted to work under the CEO. Even she slated the company and the boss so don’t know what made her want to do that role?! It is absolutely hilarious seeing these fake 5* reviews but the boss was very good at manipulation. He bribed up with spa days which by the way, never happened. So anything he’s bribing you with guys, that’s a lie. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is threatening them with a verbal warning/even a sacking if they do not write a good review. Get out of there. You’ll feel so much better! I can’t believe they think the staff are the problem. Have you seen the turnover? Ridiculous!!
