      The techs can be nice.... if you are in the inner circle

      Cons

      promise of training yet never delivers, The way their ticket system works encourages the staff to lie about how much they have worked that week or face consequences. False promises made on the regular If you are not on the inner circle, the staff WILL relentlessly stab you in the back.

      Pros

      SPINEN offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing employees to work from the comfort of their own homes. This remote work policy enables employees to achieve a better work-life balance, eliminates commute time and expenses, and increases overall job satisfaction. SPINEN has a team of highly skilled and supportive co-workers. Colleagues are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to collaborate and help one another. The positive and friendly atmosphere created by great co-workers contributes to a pleasant and productive work environment.

      There are occasional communication challenges within the organization. Information may not always be effectively disseminated, leading to misunderstandings or delays in projects. Improved communication channels and practices could enhance overall efficiency. SPINENs CEO is highly volatile. There have been instances where he has publicly called out employees in meetings with multiple people, if their work doesn't align with his preferences. This type of behavior can create a tense and uncomfortable work environment, negatively impacting employee morale and job satisfaction.
