      This small company is a good workplace, as the management is strict yet relaxed. As long as you start and finish your work correctly, no one micromanages your every move.

      Cons

      I did not experience any cons. On the contrary, this company feels more like a family-run and relaxed place business than anything else.

      The field service engineers as a team, excluding managers.

      Cons

      Everything is built in India, extremely poor quality leading to extremely poor pumps. Management is either non-existent when you need help or breathing down your neck when they want something.
