Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

Place is stuck in the last decade and hasn't changed their approach or views in years. No room for career growth, non-existent leadership, no clear vision or growth strategy long term. Plans are scrapped as quickly as they are ideated and for no good reason. This place is reminiscent of a crypt where people who are content just to put in their 8 hours and get by will succeed. Anyone looking to make a real impact on business or feel valued for their work will not be happy here. There is no such thing as employee appreciation or engagement.

Pros

There are a few really smart, nice people who work here. No long days here

Cons

Absolute disaster of a company. There is no leadership, no company vision, no employee engagement and management is extremely unprofessional, at best. The positive reviews on here were requested internally and don't reflect how most current and past employees really feel. I highly recommend passing this place by, don't waste your time.
