      1. 5 days working 2. Free lunch 3. Not bad for freshers

      Cons

      1. There is no future working here. 2. Instead of being intelligent, You will be dumb(stupid) in some months working here. 3. Long working hours (11 hours) and less salary( 7800 inhand + 1000incentive(conditional) ).
