Pros
Good salary Good benefits Flexible
Cons
Management is out of touch with what program needs are, or what employees need. Any process they put in place is either on the fly or extremely heavy to follow. They generally make the work more complicated than it has to be, and this is in order to justify employing a few other women in this department, who spend their time making things more complicated than they have to be, or who seem to twiddle their thumbs all day. Management does not welcome feedback. Management is a failure overall, yet cannot take fair criticism or feedback from employees, when these employees are struggling because of poor management. Management does not care about employees and expects them to do their job like robots. Also, the softwares they use often crash out, causing work disruptions. This problem then falls on employees. Avoid this company at all costs if you are aiming for any work in Patient Support Programs or any adjacent department.
