      - Highly technical work - Sufficient time to think and deliver quality solution (unlike money making competitors] - Quality time in campus with good support / guidance from peers - Good respect to individual

      Cons

      - Compensation below competitors - Slow management decision / execution [trying to be perfect every time] - Insufficient appreciations / recognition - No [almost nil] RSU / company shares

      Pros

      - A learning and growth oriented culture - Excellent opportunity to work on Hi Technology projects - Excellent work life balance - Creates a sense of belonging and you can make lifetime friends here - Near zero politics as people are focused on work or meaningful activities that impact society - A place where I personally have grown both technically as well as developing myself as a person - thanks to some of the best Behavioural Programs in the industry delivered by the best internal facilitators who are changing lives. - Very high employee engagement levels - the HR here is simply awesome.. very people focused and some very helpful policies and practices.

      Can be a bit faster in decision making at Division level Over-focus on France & Italy operations
