Cons
There are no benefits and they lowball you on salary (well below the median income in the region for your experience). And they wonder why nobody stays longer than a year. STS also has a dangerous working environment. Ventilation is poor (no hoods or floor sweeps). There is no equipment to work safely (instead of investing in a drum lift, production uses three people to lift a drum to poor it). Generally doesn't follow GLP and GMP so their quality suffers. The two co-owners are paranoid. They invested in cameras, not for security sake, but to watch the employees. They are suspicious if you ask too many questions on how to do your job properly. They'll treat you like a corporate spy for no good reason.
