      -Long term point of view, permanent staff (work more than 5 years) with good and comfort zone working environment.

      Cons

      -Change management every 3-5 years and every managerial handle differently. -some management even is micromanagement. -glass ceiling barrier will happen (when/if) happen to change to new management. -very less/no career advancement.
