Pros
- Good pay for amount of work done - Less bureaucratic - Opportunity to Learn and Grow ( Changed so many roles but all provided me an opportunity to learn)
Cons
- Racial undertones especially when making hiring decisions - Too much uncertainty, management closes markets and stops rolling out products declare people redundant, 2 months down the line they make a 360 Decision start hiring again people they let go, start launching products in panic - HR Lacks empathy and most of the times works as if she is doing guesswork - Some roles have so many people doing the same work hence they are not stretched while some teams are stretched to the max.
