      Poor treatment of staff and awful management

      Pros

      Aesthetically pleasing work space (smoke and mirrors).

      Cons

      Certainly the worst work place I have ever experienced. Poor organisation and management with inadequate training and onboarding. Essential systems and resources not provided, yet staff are blamed for resulting issues. Dismissive and unprofessional management responses to raised concerns. Colleagues consistently reported late salary payments, missing pension contributions, and no sick pay. Awful, awful, awfullll.

      -Nice office on Mount Street -Owner is interesting and ambitious -Some nice work colleagues

      Cons

      I was subjected to a hostile and toxic work environment, almost immediately by senior leadership and staff, which had made my day-to-day experience at this company a complete misery.
