      work life balance as there is very less or less technical project

      Cons

      Hr is writing most reviews in glassdoor so please do not believe in them. Company is not good. Here after getting appraisal if you leave the job within six month you have to pay the hike amount back. so most people wait for completing the 6 month after getting the appraisal then only they put papers.

      Salary on time Free food and fun activities

      Cons

      Managers are not good. I will share one incident. Thay lost a project due to lack of project manager managerial skills. But for they fired all the employee in a single day,who were involved in that project. And the worst part they even fired freshers also those are involed in that project. This type of comapny shuold not get atleast 5 rating.

      No great clients except 2 or 3, for experienced people they cannot afford when there are no projects ..so please do not risk your career.. Join in big company and stay safe ...else you may get into some problems. Not a cmm level comp...
