they never get back to you and keep people who are not good just because they have been there long time. Should be performance not how long you worked there

Bad training, clearly management doesn’t care about their employees with disabilities you get told “you’re not paying attention” when in fact you have ADD. Tells you there’s no open positions on the schedule for you even though you have anytime availability, but hires new people right next to you.
