      Pros

      100% Chinese culture, they may reduce your salary even if it is stated in the contract.

      Cons

      They can move your AWS to KPI salary and will not pay you with 1000 reasons. They do not respect your personal life and frequently call you after 9 p.m. or at 8 a.m. on weekends.

      Cons

      System too manual, too many manager and no much or subordinates to support the department. High turnover, most of the staff left within one month to 1 year.
