Pros

Salary on time. New office infrastructure.

Cons

- I had been employed by this organization for a duration exceeding four years. However, upon tendering my resignation due to health and family concerns (specifically, the need for remote work accommodations which were not granted by management), I was subjected to termination and denied an experience certificate. Regrettably, my experience is not unique, as numerous employees have encountered similar circumstances. - There is a lack of transparency in high-level decision-making, and management fails to communicate their plans effectively to everyone. - Human rights are disregarded and not given any importance. - The human resources team only performs regular tasks and lacks authority. For instance, if someone requests leave, HR needs approval from the higher management, without considering the input or authority of senior staff, team leaders, coordinators, managers, or senior managers. - The higher management consists of individuals who are both cheap and highly egoistic. - Unnecessary deductions are made from employees' salaries. - Salary calculation is based on a time tracker, disregarding the actual check-in and check-out times. The tracker stops when a developer is inactive for 2-3 minutes while interacting with the mouse or keyboard. - Developers are constantly pressured for updates, creating a stressful environment. - The company has a poor policy regarding employment bonds. - The management fails to understand the significance of medical situations or emergencies. - If an employee resigns for valid reasons such as health issues or family medical problems, the management assumes the person is lying. They do not value doctor's prescriptions or certificates. - There is always pressure on employees to manage their lunch breaks and work beyond regular hours (after 7:30 PM or before 9:30 AM). - If someone disagrees with the management's ideas and mistakenly engages in an argument, the HR or management sends disrespectful emails. If the employee fails to accept an apology, they may face termination. - Employees are assigned multiple projects and expected to provide updates frequently (sometimes up to 5 out of 7 times within an hour). - Seniors, team leaders, coordinators, managers, senior managers, and the higher management regularly check in with developers to monitor their progress. - The organisation experiences a high turnover rate, with many people joining and leaving each year. - Many employees leave without giving notice. In cases where someone presents an emergency or planned reason, they are not granted a release but instead face termination. - Only 10%-12% of the project management responsibility is taken, with developers always being caught in a cycle of dealing with frustrated clients or complaints. Approved leave is canceled because there are no developers available in the pipeline. - Non-technical personnel request timelines for projects. - Note: Many of the individuals in positions of seniority, team leadership, coordination, and management are good, kind, and supportive. However, the higher management consistently presents these types of suggestions. - As a developer, I do not possess extensive knowledge about business concepts or how to run a business. However, it is possible that due to these supportive elements, the company has been consistently generating high revenue each year, and this trend is likely to continue.

Hello Friend, We never do these types of things as we have very complex projects and nobody can solve our issue in 1-2 hours, as we only give time for practical 1-2 hours. We only give practical test which we know and fixed already. So you are wrong in this case. And if you are rejected, how could you be a current employee.

Lots of politics, underhanded games for position and illegal spying on employees. They spy on what you do, what you talk about, who you talk to, they'll terminate you without thinking twice if they suspect you for anything. Whenever an employee has a problem with decisions made by management or questions their decisions, the first response of management is always how we can destroy the employee's career.
