One of the bests in research, but don't care about own employees

Good exposure to national and international mental health experts and programs
Cons
Central admin sucks, no HR systems or grievance mechanism in place. employees are on their own to deal with personal problems and illnesses, only 24 leaves in a year, including sick leaves and casual. No health insurance or medical insurance, no PF. Contractual positions, give preferences to people who speak in their fake accents than ones who are skilled and know the field realities. They work in mental health, but no consideration to employees' mental health, even when they are dying of suicide.
