Bad management team needs to update their culture

Salaries are very low for the majority of employees compared to the market and there is no career growth. Most employees are in the same position for many years and salary increase is extremely low -when it happens -. While the organisation is constantly growing -and revenues as well - people are not rewarded for their efforts, most of them are confronted as expendables. Very old school management, no human -centric mentality.
