Pros

Strong people across teams, interesting business systems challenges, and real opportunities to improve processes that matter. Good place to work on cross-functional problems involving Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, and operations.

Cons

Priorities could shift quickly, which sometimes made it harder to stay focused on long-term improvements. In some areas, ownership and decision-making were not always as clear as they could have been.

Pros

Compensation, Fully Remote, Hours aren't too long

Cons

Unfortunately, lack of confidence in leadership is approaching critical mass. Management is very resistant to change in any form, and red tape is extensive. Some projects get stuck indefinitely, so bad workarounds are common. There's fear around asking the 'wrong' question and you risk reprimand if you don't find every answer entirely on your own. All of this ironically leads to the majority doing the bare minimum not to get fired, and there will likely be a large scale departure soon if nothing changes.
