Lot of work pressure , company don’t consider other factor like resource count , expertise , they want you to make work as slave . Manger will pressurise to work in every manner . You may need to work in late night . Manager can bully you and if you complain against him to management will take it and will do nothing . HR team will take no referral and they will just select their resume , your referral will never get selected , worst resource management . Can’t take long leaves . Company will provide initial average CTC. You will work Like a slave , they will provide you annual increment as nothing and in meetings you will be told you done nothing . Same manager being complained by multiple developers but no action is taken by management , he can be harsh on you but nothing will happen , if you complain against about him .
3 month long notice period which will never be reduced even you are sitting idle for 3 months .
In one instance , one developer was physically abused .
