Pros
1. The company is 100+ years old. Very stable. Good place if you want to work the whole life in the same company. 2. It's outside Zurich, almost no traffic jams. Quite cheap property to buy, live in your own House, drive by the car 10-20 Minutes to work and back. 3. Homey atmosphere.
Cons
1. Very few know-how in House, challenging task are outsourced to external partners. 2. IT processed from 80's. 3. All other business processes from 80's as well, actually.
