Pros

Sales staff gets a transport allowance of $800. If you are getting less, you are being shortchanged.

Cons

Empty castles in the air. When they need you, they will give you the salary that you want and requests you to start almost immediately. When they want to terminate you, reason given was "company restructuring". Next moment, a new guy was hired for a similar position. Unrealistic and achievable sales targets High staff turnover. Messy processes, lack of innovations. Always reactive, never proactive. Management is lacking in ideas to build up the company.
