This company has majority of veterans talking unrealistic stuff most of the times. No synchronisation between the leaders and mid level managers themselves. As far as operations team is concerned, biasness is at the fullest. Unprofessional people at senior positions with an unprofessional work culture and communication. Not at all a healthy environment to work peacefully with this kind of leadership around. Even if someone gets a position, they will be ruled and not be given any authoritative privileges.
