*They say that they train, but the training is basically non-existent
*Supervision is lacking and if you approach a supervisor or management for assistance, they tell you to Google your problem or speak amongst your peers
The employees were nice and fun to work with and hang out with

You could only get promoted if you were a buddy with the management AND weren't skilled enough to make the guy in charge look bad. Getting feedback was like pulling hens teeth. The pay was bad and after several years most full time employees were still making minimum wage with no hope of a raise despite quality work.
