*more or less, you work unsupervised *when there is a deadline crunch, there are a lot of overtime to be had
Cons
*no room for advancement *They say that they train, but the training is basically non-existent *Supervision is lacking and if you approach a supervisor or management for assistance, they tell you to Google your problem or speak amongst your peers
