The product organisation lacks clear direction, accountability, and strategic leadership. Prioritisation is highly reactive, ownership boundaries are unclear, and decision-making often appears driven by short-term operational pressure rather than a coherent product strategy. There is significant untapped platform potential, but without stronger product leadership, clearer operating models, and better alignment between vision and execution, progress feels fragmented and difficult to scale.
