Toxic Workplace - management guilt trips employees to work overtime in order to achieve KPIs set Bad Management - As seen from previous reviews, CEO is super toxic and demanding, scolding's and shouting's at employees are the norm. Management in general is very young and inexperienced in leading the team. Pay is mediocre in today's market, yet management acts like they pay well and mention that "Everyone's job is on the line if bad KPIs persist" Very high turnover rate
