      1- Salary on Time 2- Good company for fresher for learning 3- Some projects are good 4- Colleagues are good.

      Cons

      1- Higher management and project managers are very bad and egoistic. No value of Employee. 2- Canteen facility is available but food is not good. 3- Most of the time you have to work on Saturday or Sunday, no salary for Saturday or Sunday. 4- No salary for remaining leave 5- Too much work pressure. 6- No basic facilities like Medical Insurance, PF etc. 7- Company not provide any technical or other types of training
