      Pros

      Varied work, interesting clients, some good people. Best idea always wins. Fairly good benefits. Satisfactory amount of team outings / drinks.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in employees. Low salaries, little recognition for the most hardworking people, recognition for the least. Unprofessional attitude towards team turnover. Inter-personal relationships with management and team has undercurrent of unease.

      too much work, owners expected employees to give up their lives to work there, extremely high stress

      - lots of talented, fun people who make coming into work everyday fun - get to work on the cutting edge of new tech

      Cons

      - core group of management who have been working together for 10 years. some nepotism, but mostly good people totally miscast in the way their roles have evolved - whiplash from constantly shifting direction of the business, usually to no commercial success - way too much management overhead. not even sure what half of the managers there do -
