Everything, 1. They show you big CTC but in the end what you get is peanuts (Don't let them fool you by showing CTC), on an average 20% money will be deducted from you CTC. 2. They expect you to deliver everything on-time but company never gives you anything on time except salary, they delay variable pay, increments up to 3-4 months every-time. 3. Always customer first, no value to your personal life or family. 4. High Politics, "There is one arrogant fellow, because of him so many people left the company" but still he is backed by his manager and MANAGEMENT. 5. They never pay you what you deserve, they simply keep on giving false commitments never trust. 6. They send you to client-locations in cities like Mumbai and Delhi with 15-18K INR salary, you have to manage food, accommodation, transport everything within it!!!, There are a lot of things to say, but final thought is if you don't have any options anywhere then only join this company.

very large deductions from Salary.. what you get in hand is almost half of basic pay
