- Poor management team. - High attrition rate. - Products that they carry are mostly Tier 2 or 3 type. - Don't pay comms on time.

The newly hireds are good.

As the title claims. The old posse/management team consists of their own cronies and only after joining realize that they got their beginnings from hijacking other people's IP.
