It's easy to get on glassdoor and put in a bad review of a company that you got fired from. It's also easy to put in a bad review of a company during a time where a pandemic vastly changed the workforce and wages in less than a year and you didn't want to wait for management to adjust pay when just a few years before that no one wanted to hire you. It must be a millennial thing.
As far as cons from someone that is still working currently at the company.
Just like everything in life, it's a work in progress and everyone at the company is working hard on but are things that remain an issue:
- Leadership wears too many hats
The problem with people leaving or getting fired for not being great at their job or not finding the right peron for the right seat is that leadership has to then pick up that slack which in turn makes the leaders turn into workers.
- Short staffed in certain areas, making it more challenging to move as quickly on somethings.
