Youd be better off getting a job as a cashier at Target
Pros
Good coworker They provide a vehicle for transportation They offer training from no experience
Cons
Lack of competitive pay even compared to non-industry jobs, IE cashier at a grocery store No benefits 9 hour shift, only paid for 8 hours 30 minute lunch, no other breaks Will actively keep lying to you about gaining better pay or benefits, never delivers or keeps moving the goal posts to achieve these things Incredibly top heavy management - More managers than employees - and the managers cant, wont, or dont contribute to the business Must live within 15 miles, due to *required use* of company vehicle, greatly limiting finding affordable housing with such a low salary Manager has aggressive and explosive behavior, reacts violently and screams at employees at the drop of a hat, refuses to discuss the issue or admit fault. Takes business problems out on employees. Business doesn't buy proper equipment, not buying replacements for tools, buying used tires on work vehicles that employees have to rely on, or forcing employees to go so long without tools that they have to purchase themselves.
