The culture is poisoned with racism, bias, and outright disrespectful behavior that leadership pretends not to see. Behind closed doors, senior management engages in constant backstabbing, even throwing their own employees under the bus to keep customers happy. Work-life balance doesn't exist. You're expected to be availabe around the clock, with no boundaries respected. HR is just as corrupt; they withheld my rightful pay until I threatened legal action. Honestly, the way this place operates should be considered a crime. It's not just toxic, it feels evil.
