It is not a company at all. Employee have good ideas, but they won't consider it. Minimum time will be given for New concept learning There is no freedom There is no Standardization. They won't complete the project at all. There will not be hike in the mentioned period. They won't value our work, our works are totally waste. Even if we do mistake for the 1st time they will terminate us.
