Pros
Provide lots of opportunities for progression and provide a wide variety of training. Overtime rates, company vehicle and fuel card and all tools required or need are provided also.
Cons
Not really any downsides, sometimes due to working outside you're in the rain and hours maybe long but overtime compensates that.
