Seiberling offers great work experience. Working with a variety of clients in jobs offers great experience. Management is fairly relaxed and accommodating .
Cons
Lower salary and higher bonuses means that employees often count of bonuses as a large part of their compensation. Expected 45 hour work week is more hours than average.
